Cancellation Policy
We require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in order to secure aircraft and instructor time. You may make this payment by credit card if you call our customer service representatives, and ask them to refer to this page for clarification if necessary. If possible, please ask to speak with Mr. Terry Stanton. A wire transfer can also be arranged. Please contact Mr. Stanton for details.
The NON-REFUNDABLE deposit amount will be :
10% in advance or $1000, whichever is the greater, for any student who schedules a course and causes us to set aside instructional assets to serve them.
Our cancellation refund policy is as follows:
1) Cancellation – more than 60 days - $500 non-refundable.
2) Cancellation – 30-60 days - $1000 non-refundable
3) Cancellation within 30 days – entire 10% non-refundable up to $5000.
Please return the customer application when you send your deposit. When we receive your deposit payment we will confirm all the arrangements with you at that time.
