Galvin's fleet of aircraft is well-equipped for training. Many of the aircraft in the fleet are instrument flight rated, and all are equipped with state-of-the-art approach grade GPS avionic stacks.

Several aircraft are equipped with the sensational Garmin G-1000 glass cockpits. Galvin is leading the way in developing and implementing training programs for these aircraft, and in making them available to our customers.

Prior to a pilot renting any aircraft from Galvin, we must confirm that the pilot has certain knowledge regarding the Galvin Rules and Regulations, as well as aeronautical knowledge required to safely and proficiently operate our aircraft fleet. This includes, but is not limited to, Aircraft Specifications and Limitations and our Aeronautical Knowledge Examination.  Specific aircraft, such as the Diamond DA40, will have additional Aircraft Specifications. These forms are available here for your download, which will assist you in saving time when you come in for your checkout.

Fuel Surcharge Information In order to maintain stable rates, while adapting to fluctuating fuel costs, these apply.

Retail Customer Application - required of any customer renting a Galvin aircraft who is not a Diamond G member
Rental Requirements - renter pilots must fulfill these requirements
Galvin Rules and Regulations - required of ALL renter pilots.
Aeronautical Knowledge Exam - required of ALL renter pilots.
Single Engine Aircraft Specifications - required of ALL renter pilots.
DA40-180 Aircraft Specifications and Limitations. - required of any DA40 renter pilot.
Overnight Request Form - required of any renter pilot wishing to keep an aircraft overnight.

Parental Consent Form - required of all students and pilots under the age of 15 years
