Galvin announces joint venture with Willowbrook Air Associates
Galvin Flying Services has announced a joint venture with Willowbrook Air Associates, effective immediately. Under the terms of the agreement, Willowbrook will be Galvin’s exclusive source for the Columbia 350 and Columbia 400 aircraft in the states of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
Galvin hopes the deal will further develop and enhance its efforts as a distributor of FAA-certified Columbia aircraft (formerly, The Lancair Company). The company is a founding member of the Columbia distribution network, which operates under the name of Columbia Northwest.
“This venture between our Columbia Northwest division and Willowbrook will enable us to increase our effectiveness and response time, particularly to customers in the eastern part of the territory,” said Keith Vasey, Galvin’s Director of Aircraft Sales.
Galvin headquarters are in Seattle, while Willowbrook, a general aviation company specializing in sales and acquisitions, operates out of offices at airfields in Boise, Idaho, and Englewood, Colorado.
